CIERR
(Critical Incident Employee Rapid Response)
There are times when a name can be deceiving. The Critical Incident Employee Rapid Response program, or CIERR, is often mistaken for a program to be used after a critical or traumatic event. While that is true, critical incidents only make up a small part of why the program was created.
CIERR was created to assist with any type of stress or conflict an employee may be experiencing. Grief, relationships, stress, anxiety, and work/life balance are only a few topics that are commonly addressed.
It can be difficult to admit to ourselves that we are not coping well with something in our lives, let alone admitting it to another person. The CIERR program is designed in a way that addresses some of the most common concerns people have expressed.
CONFIDENTIAL: The CIERR program is based on a peer-to-peer model which means we do not keep any type of documentation. No information is shared with your supervisor, human resources, or anyone in the corporate office.
FREE: There is no cost to use the program and there is no maximum number of contacts.
CONVINIENT: Requesting a contact is as easy as sending an email or making a phone call. Contacts are flexible and work with your schedule.
PROFESSIONAL: All clinicians are experienced, master’s level therapists.
Every week, thousands of people schedule appointments with their medical provider and studies have shown that 70%-90% of those visits are stress related. Learning to identify and process stress is not always an easy task. CIERR is one resource to help work through all that life can bring. Whether it is easily identified or if something is just “off”, CIERR professionals can provide you with help in a convenient and confidential manner.
Employees may request a CIERR contact for themselves or for others. Requests must include identifying name and contact information so they may be appropriately followed up on.
Request a CIERR contact at: CIERR@freedom-bh.com or fill out the form below.
This is not an emergency contact. Contact may take up to 72 hours. If you or another individual are in need of emergent care, please call 9-1-1.
